Dr. Brent Powell DMD

Specialist in Pediatric Dentistry

After Dental School at Case School of Dental Medicine, Dr Brent Powell DMD completed Pediatric Dentistry Training at Case Medical Center Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital. This Hospital is among the top 5 pediatric hospitals in the country. After residency training he practiced in the beautiful Bend, OR for nearly 2 years. Dr. Powell then returned to Clovis, CA to be closer to family, and establish Fresno’s most reputable and compassionate pediatric dental practice.

Dr. Brent Powell is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. He is also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Dr. Powell is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Association of Pediatric Dentists (AAPD), and a diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Powell continues to educate himself with courses held locally as well as around the country. While in his pediatric dentistry residency he co-authored two journal articles on access to care and prevention, and wrote a manuscript for caries detection which has been accepted for publication.

Dr. Powell enjoys snowboarding, reading, spending time with his beautiful wife and 2 adorable young children.

Dr. Benjamin Bartlett

Specialist in Pediatric Dentistry

Dr Benjamin Bartlett was raised in the Salt Lake valley in Utah. There he earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Utah Valley University. He then attended dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. It was during dental school when Dr Bartlett found the desire to focus in pediatric dentistry help children feel comfortable and have positive experiences at the dentist office. He has a particular desire to treat children with special needs. Dr Bartlett completed his residency training in pediatric dentistry at the NYU Langone Maryland Site in Princess Anne, Maryland. During his time in Maryland, Dr Bartlett trained in a federally qualified health center focusing on children’s dental needs in severely under served populations. Due to this unique residency model, Dr Bartlett was given the opportunity to treat a wide range of patients varying from healthy to severely medically compromised. Dr Bartlett is a Boards Eligible Pediatric Dentist, along with being Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified.

After six years on the east coast, Dr Bartlett decided to come back west. Joining Powell Pediatric Dentistry, he brings his goofy sense of humor to the dental office. Dr Bartlett jokes that he had to end up working with kids because he is a big child himself.

Dr Bartlett is married to his wife, Keturah, and has a 4-year-old son, Ronan. He enjoys movie nights with his family, taking his son to the park, anything to do with cooking, playing video games, and he loves college football.
